Shipping and Return Policy


SAANJH shall make all endeavors to deliver defect free products to the purchasers. SAANJH does not take title to any returned items purchased by the user unless the item is received by SAANJH. Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to SAANJH within 24 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 24 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered.

SAANJH holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued. For further information please read our Shipping & Returns  Policy.


  • Shipping within India is INR 100 irrespective of the number of products bought.
  • Shipping is free on purchase above INR 2000.
  • Our prices are all inclusive  of taxes such as GST
  • Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at within 2 hours of placing the order.


We assure you that all products sold on are new and 100% genuine. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have bought from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, customers may exchange the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as he / she purchased it, in its original packaging along with original tags. It would be necessary to provide all financial transaction details, along with bills/invoices provided.

  • Possible resolution could be Replacement, Exchange or Refund by coupons.
  • If you have received an item in a ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ condition, or it is ‘Not as Described, you may request a replacement at no extra cost.
  • Returns are covered by the 10 Day Replacement Guarantee
  • The buyer needs to intimate within 10 (ten) days of receipt of goods about the reason for seeking refund.
  • Replacement is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
  • You may, however, look at existing stock and order a replacement from the same, subject to the same or lower price.


  •  If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by mailing us, mentioning your order ID.
  • If we receive your cancellation request before we have dispatched your order, we will refund the entire amount within 10 working days of date of cancellation.
  •  If we receive your cancellation request AFTER your order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
  • We ship COD orders only after confirmation from the customer, hence we do not accept cancellations at any time after order dispatch.


  • Once we receive the return, the product(s) will go through quality check
  • After the product passes the quality check, we will issue a refund to the original mode of payment.
  • It may take up to 7-10 business day to reflect in your account.
  • Any shipping charges, custom duty/taxes are not refundable.
