BILLING

SHIPPING & PROCESSING FEE

LOSS IN TRANSIT

All items purchased from Saanjh.co.in are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

DELIVERY

SAANJH endeavors but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if SAANJH fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, SAANJH may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time

GRIEVANCE

Any grievances you have by way of use of the website can be addressed to the Customer Care by way of email to care@saanjh.co.in
The Customer Care shall thereafter consider the same and provide a response within one month of the date of such complaint/ grievance.
